Meet Tracy

After working in the disability field for over 30 years (education, SLES, work placements) Tracy decided to start Spencers Support Services, in order to offer a holistic approach to supporting clients.  Tracy realised that working with clients individually  was good, but including input from their families and support circle was the best method for achieving goals and supporting clients to live their best lives.

Tracy’s passion for ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients is evident in the glowing testimonials from clients, families and workers alike. Tracy’s passion for fitness, health and healthy lifestyles is evident in all individual and group sessions. Tracy is building a great diverse team of Support Workers to help her provide services to the increasing number of clients who are jumping on board.
